Refund Policy

1. General
- Poker HUD Store offers a 7-day refund guarantee for ready-made digital HUD and Popup packages purchased through our Store.
- Custom HUD development service is excluded from refunds.
- Refunds for Hand2Note subscriptions are governed by the official Hand2Note Refund Policy and are processed directly by the Hand2Note support team.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Products are the intellectual property of their creators. If you have already downloaded or activated a product, the final decision on refund eligibility remains with the vendor.
- Refunds are guaranteed within 7 days of purchase if the product does not match its description or contains errors that prevent proper use.
- After the 7-day period, refunds are no longer available, but the vendor is obligated to fix any defects.
- Partial refunds are not offered.
3. Exceptions
- Custom HUD development service is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided if you violate the Terms of Use (for example, sharing your account or redistributing purchased products).
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us via email support@hudstore.poker or visit our contacts page.
- You do not need to provide a reason, but including one helps us improve.
- Refunds are processed directly by the vendor of the purchased product.
5. Refund Method and Timing
- Refunds are issued in USD, or in the original payment currency at the vendor’s discretion.
- Payment processing fees are not refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after confirmation by the vendor.
6. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on this page.
