By accessing and using hudstore.poker (the “Store”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Store.

Use of the Hand2Note software itself is governed by the official Hand2Note Terms of Use. These Terms apply only to HUD Store products and services.

2. Eligibility

- The Store is intended for users aged 18 years or older.  

- You should not use the Store for any unlawful purposes.

3. Accounts

- One account per person and per email address.  

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.  

- You are responsible for all activities under your account.  

- Sharing or transferring your account to others is not permitted.  

4. Products and Services

- We provide digital HUD and Popup packages (add-ons for Hand2Note software).  

- We also offer custom HUD development services.

- Products are for personal use only. Purchased packages may not be shared, transferred, resold, or copied.  

- Intellectual property in HUD/Popup packages remains with their respective creators. Hand2Note remains the owner of the Hand2Note software itself.

5. Payment

- Payment is made directly to the vendor of the selected product.  

- Available payment methods may vary by vendor.  

- All prices are listed in USD (United States dollar).  

6. Delivery

- All products are delivered digitally.  

- Delivery is considered complete once the download link or access instructions are provided.

7. Support

8. User Responsibilities

- You must always use the official, up-to-date version of Hand2Note. Hand2Note applies restrictions to ensure compliance with poker room policies.  

- Using outdated versions, or altering the software, is at your own risk.  

9. Limitation of Liability

- Use of HUD Store products is at your own risk.  

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:  

- Violate these Terms,  

- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior,  

- Share products or accounts with unauthorized individuals.  

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance.  

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction of the Store owner.  

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt resolution.
